Community Guidelines

RR Planner is built on a foundation of mutual respect, encouragement, and shared growth. Our community features—including posts, comments, and meetups—are designed to foster positive connections and support.

Be Respectful and Kind

Treat all community members with dignity and respect. We welcome diverse perspectives, but all interactions must be civil and constructive.

• Do: Encourage, support, and uplift others
• Do: Share constructive feedback respectfully
• Don't: Attack, harass, bully, or demean others
• Don't: Use discriminatory, hateful, or offensive language

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment or Bullying: Any content intended to intimidate, threaten, or harm another user
• Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence or hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Explicit or Sexual Content: Pornography, sexually explicit material, or content of a sexual nature
• Violence: Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or content that promotes or glorifies violence
• Illegal Activities: Content promoting illegal activities, drugs, weapons, or other unlawful behavior
• Spam or Scams: Unsolicited advertising, phishing attempts, or misleading content
• Impersonation: Pretending to be someone else or creating fake accounts
• Self-Harm: Content that promotes or glorifies self-harm or suicide

Report Inappropriate Content

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines:

• Use the Report option found on posts, comments, meetups, chat messages, and user profiles
• Email us directly at cortland@returnedandrenewed.com if you cannot access the app
• Our moderation team reviews every report and takes action within 24 hours

Block Abusive Users

You have control over your experience. If another user makes you uncomfortable:

• Use the Block User option to prevent them from interacting with you
• Blocked users cannot see your content, comment on your posts, or send you messages
• Report serious violations in addition to blocking

Consequences for Violations

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

• First Offense: Content removal and warning
• Repeat Offenses: Temporary account suspension
• Serious Violations: Immediate and permanent account termination

In cases of illegal activity, we may report the matter to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Content Moderation

We employ a combination of:

• Automated content filtering to detect prohibited material
• User reports and community flagging
• Manual review by our moderation team
• Swift action on violations (within 24 hours of report)

Appeals

If you believe your content or account was incorrectly flagged, you may appeal by emailing cortland@returnedandrenewed.com with:

• Your account email
• Description of the action taken
• Explanation of why you believe it was in error

Your Role

Building a positive community is a shared responsibility. By using RR Planner, you agree to:

• Follow these guidelines in all your interactions
• Report violations when you see them
• Support and encourage fellow community members
• Help create a safe, welcoming environment for all
