App Issues

If you're experiencing technical difficulties with the app, please include:

  • Your device type and iOS/Android version
  • A description of the issue
  • Any error messages you're seeing
  • Steps to reproduce the problem
Account & Billing

For questions about your subscription, billing, or account management, you can also manage your subscription directly through:

  • iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
  • Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
Report Content or Users

Tap the “Report” button on posts, comments, meetups, or chat messages to alert our moderation team. We review every report within 24 hours and remove harmful content or suspend accounts when necessary.

If you prefer email, include the user name, date, and a short description of what happened so we can investigate quickly.
