End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Returned and Renewed LLC governing your use of The RM Planner App ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

1. Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or distribute the App.
Use the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws or regulations.
Interfere with or disrupt the security, integrity, or performance of the App.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, designs, logos, content, and code, are owned by Returned and Renewed LLC and are protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

4. User Content

Certain features of the App allow you to submit, upload, or share content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely to provide and improve the App.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription-based services billed automatically through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel before the next billing cycle.
All charges after the first month are final and non-refundable.
To avoid additional charges, you must cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date.

6. Coaching Disclaimer

The App provides life coaching resources, not therapy.

Returned and Renewed LLC and its affiliates are not medical or mental health professionals and do not provide medical advice, psychiatric treatment, or psychological counseling.
Coaching content may be therapeutic in nature but is not a substitute for medical or professional care.
If you require medical or psychological assistance, please consult a licensed healthcare provider.

7. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the App, without notice or refund, if you violate this Agreement or community standards.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Returned and Renewed LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Returned and Renewed LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We may update or revise this Agreement from time to time. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting in the App or on our website. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any revised Agreement.
